  • Damon-Thomas
    Damon Thomas, LMT

Hello! My name is Damon Thomas. I am from Rockford, IL and a proud father of 3 beautiful children, two girls and a boy.

I have always felt that the human body has more to offer than what we are taught. On my journey of this discovery, I received my Associate of Applied Science degree in Massage Therapy from Rasmussen College in 2010. In 2011, I became a certified  instructor in Jeff Primack's Supreme College Science Qigong; Level 1 Qigong Healing form. In 2020, I received my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from Midwest Collee of Oriental Medicine. I am currently license in the state of Wisconsin for Acupuncture and working towards licensure in Illinois. While on this path of discovery, I have also been to many workshops and retreats that have ultimately led me to the understanding that our breathing patterns are the most important in maintaining a sense of homeostasis ( or health & wellbeing).

I truly enjoy being a massage therapist because of the influence massage therapy can have on a person for the better. I have learned to blend the arts of Qi Gong, Massage Therapy, and the knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine together to give my patients the best results from each session. I believe that each person has the power to be healthy and pain free on their own. From time to time, you may need the assistance of massage therapy, proper breathing techniques, or other healing modalities.

I'm a strong believer that one cannot have too many tools for this thing we call life. I feel together we an bring the mind, body and breath back into BALANCE to help maintain Health and Wellness.
